toshiikuo（以下「開発者」）は、Androidアプリ「現在地と方角がわかる地図」（パッケージ名：com.toshiikuo.mylocation、以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを以下のとおり説明します。
1. 位置情報と端末センサー
本アプリは、利用者が位置情報の権限を許可した場合に、正確な位置またはおおよその位置、測位精度、取得時刻等を使用し、現在地と精度の目安を地図上に表示します。位置に基づく磁気偏角の補正も端末内で行います。加速度・磁気・回転等のセンサー情報は端末の向きを求めるために端末内で使用します。開発者のサーバーへ位置情報やセンサー情報を送信する機能、および移動履歴を保存する機能はありません。画面を離れると本アプリによる測位とセンサーの更新を停止します。バックグラウンド位置情報の権限は要求しません。
位置情報の許可は任意で、Androidの設定からいつでも変更できます。許可しない場合も地図を閲覧できますが、現在地の表示は利用できません。位置と方位の精度は端末や周辺環境に依存します。
2. 地図の配信
地図はMapLibreで表示し、OpenStreetMapの地図タイルをインターネット経由で取得します。その際、IPアドレス、表示する地域・縮尺に対応する地図タイルの識別情報、アプリの識別情報等が地図配信元に送信されます。現在地周辺を表示すると、その地域から利用者の位置が推測される可能性があります。地図画像は通信量を抑えるため端末内に一時保存されることがあります。

3. 広告と同意
本アプリはGoogle AdMobのバナー広告を表示します。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、利用状況の分析、不正防止等のため、IPアドレスとそこから推定されるおおよその位置、広告ID・アプリセットID等の識別子、アプリの起動やタップ等の操作情報、診断情報（起動時間、ハング率、消費電力等）を収集し、Googleおよび広告配信に関わる事業者と共有する場合があります。本アプリからGPSの正確な座標やセンサー情報を広告SDKへ明示的に渡すことはありません。
必要な地域ではGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）を用いて同意やプライバシー上の選択を確認します。選択内容は端末に保存されます。変更が必要な地域では、アプリの「使い方」内に表示される「広告のプライバシー設定」から再設定できます。広告IDはAndroidの設定でも管理できます。同意しない場合や広告を取得できない場合も地図の基本機能は利用できます。

4. 保存期間・安全管理・削除
地図配信およびGoogle広告SDKの通信には暗号化通信を使用します。本アプリには利用者アカウントや開発者が管理する位置履歴データベースはありません。端末内の地図キャッシュや設定は、Androidのアプリ情報からストレージを消去するか、アプリをアンインストールして削除できます。外部事業者が処理する情報の保存期間・削除方法・国外での処理については各事業者のポリシーをご確認ください。
お問い合わせの際に送信されたメールアドレスと内容は、回答および必要な対応のために使用します。開発者が保有するお問い合わせ情報の削除を希望する場合は、以下の窓口にご連絡ください。法令上必要な保存がある場合を除き、対応に必要な期間を超えて保持しません。
5. 対象年齢
本アプリは駐車場からの出発前などに位置と方角を確認したい18歳以上の利用者を対象とし、子ども向けに設計していません。

This policy describes how toshiikuo (the developer) handles information in the Android app “現在地と方角がわかる地図” (package: com.toshiikuo.mylocation).
Location and sensors
With your optional Android permission, the app uses precise or approximate location, accuracy and timestamps to show your position and its estimated accuracy. Magnetic declination and device direction are calculated locally using location and motion/magnetic sensors. The app does not send GPS or sensor readings to a developer-operated server, store a travel history or request background location permission. Location and sensor updates stop when you leave the app. You can revoke permission in Android settings; browsing the map remains available without current-location functionality.
Map services
The app displays OpenStreetMap tiles through MapLibre. Requests disclose your IP address, requested tile area and zoom level, and app identification to the map provider. Viewing your current surroundings may reveal your location through the requested map area. Tiles may be cached locally. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy and map copyright information.
Advertising and privacy choices
The app displays Google AdMob banner ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP addresses and inferred approximate location, advertising/app-set and other applicable identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. The app does not explicitly provide GPS coordinates or sensor readings to the advertising SDK. Google and advertising partners process this information under their policies.
Google UMP requests consent or other privacy choices where required and stores those choices locally. Where a privacy-options entry point is required, you can revisit it using “広告のプライバシー設定” in the app’s help dialog (“使い方”). You can also manage your advertising ID in Android settings. Retention, security and deletion
Map requests and Google advertising SDK data use encrypted transport. The app has no user accounts or developer-operated location-history database. You can delete local cache and settings by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. Service providers determine retention, deletion and international processing under their respective policies. Information you voluntarily email is used to answer and resolve your inquiry, and retained only as needed for that purpose or legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence held by the developer.
Audience and contact
