toshiikuo（以下「開発者」）は、Androidアプリ「常に見える電源ボタン」（英語名：Always Visible Power Button、パッケージ名：com.toshiikuo.power、以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを説明します。
1. 機能とユーザー補助サービス
本アプリは、画面上の移動可能な電源ボタンをタップして画面をOFF・ロックするアプリです。ユーザーが明示的に許可した場合に限り、Androidのユーザー補助サービス（AccessibilityService）を、ボタンの重ね合わせ表示と、ユーザーのタップによる画面ロックに使用します。画面の文字、入力内容、他のアプリの内容、操作履歴は読み取り・収集・保存・送信しません。自動操作は行いません。Androidのユーザー補助設定からいつでも無効にできます。アカウント登録は不要です。カメラ、マイク、連絡先、写真、正確な位置情報は利用しません。
2. 保存する設定
ボタンの表示設定、位置、初回説明の確認状態を端末内に保存します。開発者のサーバーには送信しません。アプリのデータのクラウドバックアップは行いません。
3. 広告と外部サービス
本アプリはGoogle LLCのGoogle AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）によるバナー広告をアプリ画面内に表示します。広告配信、効果測定、不正利用防止等のため、SDKはIPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定に使用される場合があります）、広告ID・アプリセットID等の識別子、アプリや広告の利用情報、端末・アプリ・SDKの診断情報を収集し、Google等に送信する場合があります。取り扱いは地域、同意状況、端末設定等により異なります。広告SDKの通信は暗号化されます。Google等による保存期間、国外での処理、第三者提供等については以下をご確認ください。
4. 同意と選択
Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を利用し、地域等に応じて広告に関する同意・選択のメッセージを表示します。必要な場合は、アプリのメニューの「広告のプライバシー設定」から選択を変更できます。同意を拒否・撤回した場合も画面OFF機能を利用できます。Androidの設定で広告IDを削除・リセットすることもできます。
5. 削除とお問い合わせ
端末内の設定や同意情報は、Androidのアプリ設定でストレージを消去するか、アプリをアンインストールすることで削除できます。Google等が保有する情報の管理・権利行使については上記案内をご参照ください。プライバシーに関するお問い合わせ先：toshiikuo@gmail.com。お問い合わせのメールアドレスと内容は対応・連絡のために利用し、必要な期間保管します。
6. 変更

Function and accessibility permission
The app displays a movable power button and turns off and locks the screen when you tap it. Only after your explicit permission, it uses Android AccessibilityService to display the button and perform the screen-lock action you request. It does not read, collect, store, or transmit screen text, typed content, other apps’ content, or interaction history. It does not perform autonomous actions. You may disable the service in Android accessibility settings at any time. No account is required. The app does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location.
Local settings
Button visibility, position, and acknowledgement of the initial disclosure are stored locally. They are not sent to the developer’s server. Cloud backup of app data is disabled.
Ads and third parties
The app displays Google AdMob banner ads within its own screen. For advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention, Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP addresses (which may be used to estimate approximate location), identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Processing depends on your region, choices, and device settings. SDK communications are encrypted in transit. Choices and deletion
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) provides consent or choice messages where applicable. When required, use “Ad privacy settings” in the app menu to change your choices. Declining or withdrawing ad consent does not disable the screen-off feature. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Clear the app’s storage or uninstall it to remove local settings and consent data. For information held by Google, consult the links above.
