toshiikuo（以下「開発者」）は、Androidアプリ「シンプル写真閲覧 フォトギャラリー」（英語名: Simple Photo Gallery、パッケージ名: com.toshiikuo.simplephotogallery、以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを次のとおり定めます。お問い合わせ先: toshiikuo@gmail.com
1. 写真と端末内の情報
本アプリは、許可された端末内の写真および写真の情報（ファイル名、アルバム名、日時、画像サイズ、ファイルサイズ、形式など）を、一覧表示、アルバム表示、検索、並べ替え、拡大表示、詳細表示に利用します。写真の閲覧処理は端末内で行い、写真や写真の内容を開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。写真の内容・ファイル名・アルバム名を広告のターゲティング情報として広告SDKに渡しません。元の写真を編集・削除する機能はありません。
お気に入りの参照情報、並べ替え、表示言語などの設定、および表示用の一時データは端末内に保存されます。本アプリのアカウント登録やクラウド同期はありません。
2. アクセス権限
写真一覧を表示するため、Androidのバージョンに応じて写真の読み取り権限、選択した写真へのアクセス権限、またはストレージの読み取り権限（Android 12以前）を使用します。対応するAndroidでは、すべての写真ではなく選択した写真だけを許可できます。権限はAndroidのアプリ設定から変更・取り消しできます。権限を許可しない場合、許可が必要な写真は表示されません。広告と同意情報の取得にはインターネット通信を使用します。カメラ、マイク、連絡先、正確な位置情報の権限は要求しません。
3. ユーザーが操作する写真共有
共有ボタンを操作すると、選んだ写真がAndroidの共有機能を通して、ユーザーが指定するアプリや相手に提供されます。共有される画像には撮影情報などのメタデータが含まれる場合があります。共有先のサービスにおける取り扱いは、そのサービスの規約・プライバシーポリシーに従います。
4. 広告と第三者サービス
本アプリはGoogle AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）によるバナー広告を表示します。GoogleのSDKは、広告配信、効果測定、分析、不正防止などの目的で、IPアドレス（おおよその地域の推定に使われる場合があります）、広告ID・アプリセットIDなどの識別子、アプリや広告の操作情報、および診断情報を収集・共有する場合があります。これは端末内の写真を開発者へ送信しないこととは別の情報処理です。Googleの説明では、SDKが収集するデータは通信時にTLSで暗号化されます。
Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用して、地域や適用条件に応じた同意・プライバシーの選択を管理します。必要な同意状態を確認できない場合には広告を要求しません。対象地域では、同意画面やアプリの「広告のプライバシー設定」から利用可能な選択肢を変更できます。広告IDの管理はAndroidの設定から行えます。広告に同意しない場合も、写真閲覧機能は利用できます。
5. 保存期間・削除・お問い合わせ情報
本アプリ内の設定やお気に入りの参照情報は、アプリのデータを消去するかアンインストールするまで端末内に保存されます。これらの操作で端末にある元の写真が削除されることはありません。開発者は写真をサーバーに保存しないため、開発者側に削除対象の写真コピーはありません。Googleなど第三者が保持する情報の保存期間や削除方法は各社の方針に従います。
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールアドレスとお問い合わせ内容を、対応および必要な記録のために利用します。不要となった情報は合理的な範囲で削除します。写真など不要な個人情報をメールに添付しないでください。
6. 地域ごとの権利と国外での処理
適用される法令により、ご自身の情報へのアクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限、異議申し立て、同意の撤回などの権利が認められる場合があります。開発者が取り扱う情報については下記の窓口へご連絡ください。広告に関する選択は表示される同意画面・プライバシー設定およびGoogleの案内をご利用ください。第三者サービスが情報を処理する国・地域は、ユーザーの居住地と異なる場合があります。
7. お子様の利用・変更・連絡先
本アプリはお子様専用に設計されたサービスではありません。お子様の情報の取り扱いに懸念がある場合はお問い合わせください。本ポリシーは機能や利用するサービスの変更に応じて更新し、このページに更新日を表示します。

This policy explains how toshiikuo (the developer) handles information in Simple Photo Gallery (Japanese name: シンプル写真閲覧 フォトギャラリー; Android package: com.toshiikuo.simplephotogallery). Contact: toshiikuo@gmail.com.
1. Photos and local information
The app reads photos you permit it to access and their metadata, such as file names, album names, dates, dimensions, sizes, and formats, to display, search, sort, zoom, and show details. Photo viewing is processed on your device. The app does not upload your photos or their contents to a developer-operated server, and does not pass photo contents, file names, or album names to the advertising SDK for targeting. It does not edit or delete original photos. Favorite references, preferences, language settings, and temporary display data are stored locally. The app has no account registration or cloud sync.
2. Permissions and sharing
Depending on Android version, the app requests photo access, selected-photo access, or read-only storage access on Android 12 and earlier. Supported Android versions let you allow selected photos only. You can change or revoke permission in Android app settings; photos requiring permission will then be unavailable. Internet access is used for ads and consent information. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or precise-location permissions.
Only when you choose Share does the app provide the chosen photo through the Android share sheet to the app or recipient you select. The shared image may contain embedded metadata. That recipient or service handles the shared data under its own policies.
3. Advertising and privacy choices
The app displays banner ads from Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. For advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention, the SDK may collect and share IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. This data processing is separate from local photo viewing. Google states that SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage consent and privacy choices according to region and applicable conditions. Ads are not requested if the necessary consent status cannot be established. Where applicable, you can change available choices in the consent message or the app’s Ad privacy choices entry. You can manage advertising ID in Android settings. You can continue viewing photos without consenting to personalized advertising.
4. Retention, deletion, and contact
Local preferences and favorite references remain until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Those actions do not delete original photos from your device. The developer holds no server-side copy of your photos. Third-party retention and deletion are governed by the relevant provider’s policies. If you email us, we use your email address and message to respond and maintain necessary correspondence; information no longer needed is deleted where reasonably practicable. Please do not include unnecessary personal information or photos.
5. Regional rights and other information
Applicable laws may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or object to processing of your information, and to withdraw consent. Contact us about information handled by the developer. For advertising-related choices, use the available consent message, privacy settings, and Google’s guidance. Third-party providers may process data in countries other than your own. The app is not specifically directed to children; contact us with concerns about children’s information. We may update this policy when the app or its services change and will show the updated date on this page.
