toshiikuo（以下「開発者」）は、Androidアプリ「シンプルボイスメモ」（パッケージ名：com.toshiikuo.voicememo、以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを以下のとおり説明します。
1. 録音と端末内の保存
本アプリは、利用者がマイク権限を許可し、録音を開始した場合に音声を取得します。音声ファイル、メモの名前、録音日時、録音時間は、録音・再生・一覧表示のために端末内のアプリ専用領域に保存します。録音中に画面を離れると録音を停止して保存します。開発者のサーバーへの音声送信、音声認識、文字起こし、音声による本人識別は行いません。録音内容やメモの名前を広告SDKへ渡すこともありません。
マイク権限はAndroidの設定で変更できます。許可しない場合は録音できませんが、保存済みメモの再生は利用できます。利用者アカウントの登録は不要です。
2. 音声の共有とバックアップ
「共有」を選んだ場合に限り、選択した音声ファイルを利用者が指定した外部アプリへ渡します。共有先での取扱いは、そのサービスの規約とプライバシーポリシーに従います。共有したコピーは本アプリから削除できません。Androidや端末の設定によって、アプリデータがOSのバックアップまたは端末移行の対象になることがあります。その保存先や削除方法は、端末とバックアップサービスの設定をご確認ください。
3. 広告とプライバシー上の選択
本アプリはGoogle AdMobのバナー広告を使用します。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、分析、不正防止のため、IPアドレスとそこから推定されるおおよその位置、広告ID・アプリセットID等の識別子、アプリや広告の操作情報、診断・パフォーマンス情報を収集し、Googleおよび広告配信に関わる事業者と共有する場合があります。本アプリはGPS位置情報の権限を要求しません。
必要な地域ではGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）で同意やプライバシー上の選択を確認します。再設定が必要な地域では、アプリ右上のメニューに「広告のプライバシー設定」を表示します。広告IDはAndroidの設定でも管理できます。同意しない場合や広告を取得できない場合も、録音・再生などの基本機能は利用できます。

4. 保存期間、安全管理、削除
保存した音声メモは、利用者がアプリ内で削除するまで端末内に保持します。Androidのアプリ情報からストレージを消去する、またはアンインストールすることでも端末内のアプリデータを削除できます。OSのバックアップや外部へ共有したファイルは別途削除してください。広告SDKが収集する情報はTLSで暗号化して送信します。外部事業者による保存期間、削除方法、国外での処理については各事業者のポリシーをご確認ください。
お問い合わせ時に送信されたメールアドレスと内容は、回答と必要な対応のために使用し、その目的または法令上必要な期間を超えて保持しません。開発者が保有するお問い合わせ情報の削除を希望する場合は、下記の窓口へご連絡ください。開発者は端末内の録音データにアクセスできません。
5. 対象年齢とお問い合わせ
本アプリは仕事や日常の音声記録を行う18歳以上の利用者を対象とし、子ども向けに設計していません。機能や外部サービスに変更がある場合は、本ページのポリシーを更新します。

This policy explains how toshiikuo handles information in the Android app “シンプルボイスメモ” (Simple Voice Memo), package com.toshiikuo.voicememo.
Recording and local storage
With your microphone permission, recording starts only when you choose to record. Audio files, memo titles, dates and durations are stored in the app’s private storage for recording, playback and organization. Leaving the app stops and saves an ongoing recording. The app does not upload recordings to a developer-operated server, transcribe audio, identify speakers, or provide recordings or memo titles to the advertising SDK. No user account is required. You can revoke microphone permission in Android settings; existing memos can still be played.
Sharing and device backups
Using Share passes the selected audio file to the external app you choose. That service controls subsequent handling. Copies shared externally must be deleted separately. Android or device backup and transfer services may back up app data according to your system settings; consult those services for storage and deletion controls.
Advertising and choices
Google AdMob displays banner ads. Its SDK may collect and share IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, interaction data and diagnostics for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. GPS permission is not requested. Google UMP presents applicable consent and privacy choices. Where required, revisit these choices through “広告のプライバシー設定” in the top-right app menu. Android settings also provide advertising-ID controls. Basic recording and playback remain available if consent is declined or ads are unavailable.

Retention, security and deletion
Local memos remain until you delete them. Clear app storage or uninstall to remove local app data; delete external copies and backups separately. Advertising SDK transmissions use TLS encryption. Service providers determine their retention, deletion and international processing practices. Information voluntarily emailed to the developer is used to respond and resolve your inquiry and retained only as needed for that purpose or legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of correspondence we hold. The developer cannot access recordings stored on your device.
Audience and contact
