「写真圧縮・容量指定リサイズ」（英語名 Photo Compress & Resize、パッケージ名 com.toshiikuo.photocompress）は、toshiikuo（以下「開発者」）が提供するAndroidアプリです。本ポリシーは本アプリにおける情報の取扱いを説明します。
写真の処理と保存
選択した写真の圧縮、容量調整、リサイズは端末内で行います。本アプリには、写真や画像の内容を開発者のサーバーや広告サービスへ送信する機能はありません。元画像を上書きせず、変換後の画像を別ファイルとして生成します。出力画像には元画像のEXIF（位置情報、撮影日時、カメラ情報など）を引き継ぎません。画像内に写り込んだ文字や位置情報などは自動的には除去されません。
写真はAndroidの写真選択機能を通じて利用者が選びます。写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセス、カメラ、マイク、位置情報の権限は要求しません。クラウド上の写真の選択やクラウド保存先の利用時は、選択したサービスによる通信が発生する場合があります。保存は利用者が指定した場所へ行い、共有は利用者が選択したアプリへ画像を渡します。保存先や共有先では、そのサービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
一時ファイル・設定と削除
変換後の画像は一時的にアプリのキャッシュに保存されます。作成から24時間を超えた一時ファイルは次回のアプリ起動時に削除されます。OSによってそれ以前に削除されることもあります。言語設定は端末内に保存します。アプリのストレージ消去やアンインストールでアプリ内データを削除できます。アプリはAndroidの自動バックアップを無効にしていますが、OSや端末移行の動作は端末によって異なる場合があります。別途保存・共有した画像は、それぞれの保存先で削除してください。
広告とプライバシーの選択
本アプリはGoogle AdMobのバナー広告とGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用します。Googleの広告SDKは、広告配信・測定、分析、不正防止のため、IPアドレス、広告ID等の端末・アカウント識別子、アプリや広告の操作情報、診断情報を収集・共有します。IPアドレスからおおよその地域を推定する場合があります。SDKによるデータ通信は暗号化されます。写真そのものは広告配信のために送信しません。
適用される地域では、欧州向けの同意メッセージや米国州法に関する選択画面を表示します。アプリの「広告のプライバシー設定」から、利用可能な同意・オプトアウトの選択を変更できます。地域と選択内容により、パーソナライズ広告、非パーソナライズ広告、制限付き広告、または広告が表示されない場合があります。広告を利用できない場合でも、写真の圧縮機能は使用できます。Android設定に広告IDのリセット・削除等の機能がある場合は利用できます。
Googleと広告パートナーによる取扱い、保管期間、国外での処理については、Googleプライバシーポリシー、Googleの広告に関する説明、同意画面に記載されるパートナーの方針をご確認ください。本アプリには、開発者独自のアクセス解析・ユーザー登録機能はありません。

Photo Compress & Resize (Japanese name: 写真圧縮・容量指定リサイズ; package: com.toshiikuo.photocompress) is an Android app provided by toshiikuo. This policy describes its information practices.
Photo processing and storage
Compression, file-size adjustment and resizing take place on your device. The app does not upload your photos or image contents to the developer or advertising services. Original photos are not overwritten. Exported images do not retain original EXIF metadata such as GPS coordinates, capture dates or camera details. Information visibly embedded in image pixels is not automatically removed.
You choose images through the Android photo picker. The app does not request access to your entire photo library, camera, microphone or location. Cloud photo sources and cloud storage destinations may transfer data through their own services. Saving writes a separate image to your chosen destination; sharing passes it to your selected app. Their own privacy policies apply.
Temporary files, preferences and deletion
Processed images are temporarily stored in the app cache. Files older than 24 hours are removed on the next app launch; Android may remove cache files earlier. Language preferences are stored locally. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes app-local data. Android automatic backup is disabled for the app, although device-transfer behavior can vary. Delete exported and shared copies separately from their destinations.
Advertising and choices
The app uses Google AdMob banner ads and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google’s advertising SDK collects and shares IP addresses, device/account identifiers such as the advertising ID, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. IP addresses may indicate approximate location. SDK traffic is encrypted in transit. Your photos are not transmitted for advertising.
Where applicable, the app displays European consent or US state privacy choices. Use “Ad privacy settings” to revisit available choices, withdraw consent or opt out. Your choices and region may result in personalized, non-personalized, limited or no ads. Photo processing remains available without ads. Android may also offer controls to reset or delete your advertising ID.

The app is for general photo organization and resizing and is not designed specifically for children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
